Review shop checkouts

See every checkout session your customers start in the online shop, spot abandoned carts, and follow up before you lose the sale.

The Checkouts screen lists every checkout session a customer has started in your online shop — from a cart they never finished to one that completed successfully. Use it to see where customers are getting stuck and follow up before an abandoned cart turns into a lost sale.

Open the Checkouts screen

Go to Shop → Checkouts to see the list.

What the list shows

Each row is one checkout session, with:

  • Client — the customer who started the checkout.
  • Checkout status — where the session stands in the checkout flow (for example, still in the cart, in checkout, awaiting payment, or completed).
  • Payment status — the state of the related payment.
  • Number — the order confirmation number. It appears in italics for sessions that haven't been finalized yet.
  • Total amount — the checkout's total, including tax.
  • Last updated — when the session was last touched, which is the best signal of how long a cart has been sitting idle.

Follow up on a checkout

Click Edit on a row to open the full order confirmation record, where you can review the cart contents and continue processing it toward an order.
