Manage downloadable files

Upload documents such as PDFs and give customers a direct download link — for use in news, static pages, or wherever your storefront needs one.

The Files screen holds documents you want customers to be able to download — for example a price list, a terms-of-sale PDF, or a flyer. Each file gets a name and a stable download link you can paste anywhere in your storefront content.

Open the Files screen

Go to Shop → Files to see all uploaded files with their upload date, name, link, and file extension.

Copy or use the download link

Once a file is saved, it has a download Url. On the Files list, use the copy-link action on a row to copy its Url to the clipboard, ready to paste into a news item, a static page, or anywhere else in your storefront.

Replace or remove a file

On a file's edit page, the current Url is shown for reference. Select a new file in the upload control and click Save to replace the file's content while keeping the same name and link. Use Download on the edit page to check the current file before replacing it.

Delete a file

Use the row action on the Files list to delete a file. Confirm on the following screen to remove it permanently.
