Manage static pages

Create content pages like About us, Terms, or Shipping and show them in your storefront's header or footer.

A static page is a standalone content page in your storefront — for example "About us", "Terms and conditions", or "Shipping information". Use static pages for content that doesn't change often and isn't tied to a specific article or collection.

Open the Static pages screen

Go to Shop → Static Pages to see all your pages, their menu title, URL, and whether each one is published.

Create a static page

  1. On the Static Pages screen, click Create new.
  2. Enter a Title — the page's heading.
  3. Enter a Menu title — the label shown when the page is linked in the header or footer menu.
  4. Enter the Url — the page's address within your shop.
  5. Optionally set a Template — the name of a specific theme template file this page should render with (e.g. Home/Page.liquid). Vinosoft checks the template name as you type and shows whether it exists in your active theme. Leave it empty to use the default page template.
  6. Set an Order to control where this page appears relative to other static pages.
  7. Write the page body in the Text field using the rich text editor — you can format text, insert links and images, and insert a variable placeholder (see the hints under the editor).
  8. Optionally attach a PDF file (for example a terms document) using the upload field. Once saved, the page shows a download link and a Delete action for the attachment.
  9. Fill in Meta description and Meta keywords to control how the page appears in search engines.
  10. Turn on Published to make the page visible in your storefront.
  11. Turn on Show in footer and/or Show in header to add the page's link to those menus.
  12. Click Save.

Edit, delete, or remove an attachment

Open a page from the list to edit it. Use Delete next to an attached PDF to remove just the file, or use the row action on the Static Pages list to delete the whole page.

Support page settings

Click Support page settings on the Static Pages screen to configure your shop's contact/support page separately — its title, menu title, contact details (name, email, phone, company), and whether its link shows in the header or footer.
