Turnover by user group

See net turnover, profit and count side by side for each customer user group, and click a group to drill into the invoices behind it.

Statistics → Turnover → By user group groups your turnover by the user group your customers belong to — a way to compare customer segments (for example wholesale vs. retail).

The grid

This view differs from the other turnover grids: it shows net turnover and profit side by side. Each row is one user group, with the columns:

  • User group — the group name.
  • Sales — net turnover for the group, in your default currency.
  • Profit — profit for the group.
  • Count — how many documents make up the figures.

Drill into a group's invoices

Click any row to open a popup listing the individual invoices behind that user group for the current date filter, so you can see exactly which documents make up its turnover.

Filter and chart

Use the shared Turnover controls above the grid: the grid/chart toggle and the All / Year / Period date filter. In Chart view this page draws a turnover bar chart and, below it, a profit bar chart per user group.
