Manage manufacturers

A manufacturer is the producer behind an article — the winery, distillery, or brand. Maintaining a clean manufacturer list lets you link each article to its producer and filter and report by producer later.

Open the Manufacturers tab

Go to Articles → Manufacturers to see your list of producers.

Create a manufacturer

1. On the Manufacturers tab, click Create new.
2. Enter the manufacturer's details.
3. Click Save.

You can then pick this manufacturer when creating or editing an article.

Edit or delete a manufacturer

Use the row actions to edit or delete a manufacturer.

Import and export manufacturers

To add many producers at once, use Import and upload a file — Vinosoft walks you through matching the file's columns to its fields. Use Export to download your current list, for a backup or to edit outside Vinosoft.
