Manage banners

Show promotional banners in your storefront — with an image, a link, a position, and a display order.

A banner is a promotional image shown in your storefront — for example a seasonal offer or a link to a collection. Each banner has an image, a link target, a position on the page, and a display order.

Open the Banners screen

Go to Shop → Banners to see all your banners with their name and link.

Create a banner

  1. On the Banners screen, click Create new.
  2. Enter a Name to identify the banner internally.
  3. Enter the Url the banner should link to, and a Link title (used as the link's title/tooltip).
  4. Enter a Text — a description shown with the banner.
  5. Upload an image for the banner.
  6. Set the Order to control the banner's position among other banners in the same spot — lower numbers show first.
  7. Choose the Type — where the banner appears in your storefront:
    • Main page footer
    • Sidebar
    • Main page slider
  9. Check Published to make the banner visible in the storefront, or leave it unchecked to keep it hidden.
  10. Select which of your shop's languages the banner should be shown for.
  11. Click Save.

Replace or remove a banner's image

On the banner's edit page, the current image is shown if one is set. Upload a new file to replace it, or use the delete link next to the image to remove it.

Use the row actions on the Banners list to edit or delete a banner.
