Manage shop users

Create, edit, and delete the login accounts your customers use in your online shop.

Shop users are the login accounts your customers use to sign in to your online shop — not to be confused with CRM staff users, who log in to Vinosoft itself. Each shop user is linked to a customer address, so their orders and details stay tied to the right record.

Open the Users list

Go to Shop → Users to see every shop login account.

The list shows each account's linked address, email, whether the email is confirmed, its type (Customer, Corporate, or Reseller), and whether it's active. Click a name to jump to the linked address.

Create a shop user

  1. On the Users list, click Create new.
  2. Select the address this login belongs to.
  3. Enter the customer's email, password, and confirm password.
  4. Choose the account typeCustomer, Corporate, or Reseller.
  5. Click Save.

Edit a shop user

Open a user from the list to change their first name, last name, type, or active status. The email address itself can't be changed here — it's shown for reference only. Un-checking Active blocks the account from signing in without deleting it.

Reset or change a password

Customers don't need their old password to get a new one from your side:

  1. Open the user and click Change password.
  2. Enter the new password and confirm password.
  3. Click Save.

Delete one or more users

  • To delete a single account, open it and use Delete.
  • To delete several at once, check the boxes next to the accounts in the list and click Delete selected, then confirm each one on the next screen.
