Monitor the email queue

The email queue is where newsletter sends are actually processed. Every time you send a newsletter, Vinosoft creates a queue entry, works through the recipients one by one, and records the result for each email.

Open the email queue

Go to Newsletters → Email queue to see every send, listed by subject, sender email, created date, and a summary of the result. Use the search box to find a specific send.

Start a send and watch it run

After you send a newsletter, Vinosoft opens its queue entry so you can start delivery:

1. Click Start to begin processing the recipients.
2. Watch the statistics update as it runs — Total, In progress, Successful, Warnings, and Error counts.
3. Each recipient row moves from Not processed to Processed with its own status.

If a recipient already received this newsletter, Vinosoft flags them with a warning instead of sending again. Use Send anyway on that row if you really do want to resend to them.

Review a completed send

Open a queue entry with its details action to see the send's subject, sender email, and CC address, plus a list of every email with its recipient email and status. Click the icon on a row to open the body — the exact message that recipient was sent.
