Purchased products

See how much of each product you bought and its value over a chosen period — the purchasing counterpart to the sold-articles overview.

Purchased products is the buying-side report: one row per product showing how many units you bought and what they cost over the period you choose. It's the mirror image of the sold-articles Sold-articles overview.

Open the report

Go to Statistics → Articles → Purchased products. The grid shows:

  • SKU — the article number.
  • Description — the product name.
  • Manufacturer — the producer.
  • Quantity — the number of units purchased in the period.
  • Value — the total purchase value for those units.

Filter the report

  • Article — limit the report to a single product.
  • Period — All, a single Year, a Period (date from / date to) or a single Date.
