The email log

See every email Vinosoft sent — invoices, order confirmations, quotes, dunning and more — with its recipient, subject, send date and delivery status.

The email log is a read-only record of every email Vinosoft sent on your behalf — invoice emails, order confirmations, quotes, dunning notices, delivery notes, correspondence, product-review invitations and newsletters. Use it to confirm a message went out and to check whether it was delivered.

Open the email log

Go to Statistics → Email log. The list opens with the most recent emails at the top. Each row shows:

  • Date — when Vinosoft created and sent the email.
  • Receiver — the recipient's email address.
  • Subject — the subject line of the message.
  • Status — the last known delivery status of the email.

Understand the status

The Status column tells you where the email is in its delivery lifecycle:

  • Pending — the email is queued and hasn't been sent yet.
  • Sent — the email was handed off for delivery successfully.
  • Error — sending failed. Vinosoft also tracks how many delivery attempts failed for that message.
  • None — no status has been recorded yet.

Filter by period

Use the buttons above the list to narrow it down by date:

  • All — show every logged email (the default).
  • Year — pick a single year from the dropdown.
  • Period — choose a from and to date to limit the list to a range.

After changing the filter, click Apply to reload the list.

Sort, search and export

The list is a full grid: click a column header to sort, and use the column menus to filter or search within the loaded results. To keep a copy, use the grid's export option to download the current email log as a file.
