Publish news on your shop
Write and publish news posts on your online shop, with a headline, teaser, full text, and an image.
News lets you post announcements, offers, or stories on your shop — new arrivals, tastings, seasonal offers, or anything you want customers to see when they visit.
Open the News list
Go to Shop → News to see all your news posts, with their title and publication status.
Create a news post
- On the News list, click Create new.
- Enter a Title for the post.
- Enter a Short text — a brief teaser shown wherever the post is listed.
- Enter the Long text — the full content of the post, using the rich text editor to format text, add links, and insert images.
- Upload an image for the post.
- Check Is published to make the post visible on your shop, or leave it unchecked to keep it as a draft.
- Click Save.
Edit, unpublish, or delete a post
Open a post from the list to change its title, text, or image, or to toggle Is published on or off. Use Delete to remove a post permanently — this can't be undone.
