Manage storage locations
Set up the storage locations where your stock is held, so you always know what's where.
A storage location is a place where you keep stock — your cellar, the shop floor, or an external warehouse. Setting up locations lets Vinosoft track how much of each article sits in each place.
Open the Storages tab
Go to Articles → Storages to see your storage locations.
Create a storage location
- On the Storages tab, click Create new.
- Enter the location's name.
- Click Save.
Stock movements and article stock can then be tracked against this location. On an article's edit page, the storage breakdown shows how much is held in each location.
Edit or delete a storage location
Use the row actions to edit or delete a location.
